Candidatul Ideal

OMEGA INTERIOR DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE is seeking an junior/experienced Interior designer and Architect to focus on residential/commercial interiors for a growing, diverse client base.

The ideal candidate needs to meet the following:

• Graduate of Architecture / Interior Design
• ENTRY LEVEL POSITION: 0 to 2 years experience as an interior designer or architect with a residential/commercial interior focus
• MID LEVEL POSITION: 3 to 6 years experience as an interior designer or architect with a residential/commercial interior focus
• Knowledge of design, interior design at DDE level.
• Graphic presentation skills
• Management skills, strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship
• Knowledge of AutoCad, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max + Vray/Corona, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, microsoft office.
• Seriousness and responsibility.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Communication skills.
• Dynamic, motivated and creative

Responsibilities:

ENTRY LEVEL POSITION:
• Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the projects.
• Sketch preliminary design plans.
︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈• Create models and renderings in 3D Studio Max + Vray/Corona.
• Create elevations and furniture designs in AutoCAD.
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
• Prepare the final layout plans.
• Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
• Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements

MID LEVEL POSITION:
• Collaborates with colleagues on commercial interior design projects in order to meet customer needs, design-concept, schematic design, development design.
• Needs to have knowledge of building legislation, knowledge of the technical and legal norms required for the design and authorization process.
• Drawing up DTAC, PTh, DDE projects and all the necessary documentation.
• Rigorousness and attention to detail – it is important to understand the details of the execution of furniture in order to implement them;
• Teamwork is essential.
